Refund and Returns Policy

At Pulsey, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Additionally, proof of purchase such as a receipt or order confirmation is required.

2. Non-returnable Items Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Digital products such as software, e-books, and downloadable music

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code

3. Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the items.

  3. Pack the items securely in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.

  4. Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team.

4. Return Shipping Costs You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Inspection and Processing of Returns Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

6. Refunds If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

8. Defective or Damaged Items If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at (860) 343-1045 or email us at info@pulsey.site with details of the defect or damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

9. Sale Items Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
